EAP With Your Employer
Most employers offer EAP programs. These programs usually offer 3-8 free therapy sessions. Many of them have a list of therapists that you can choose from. The EAP programs also often offer free legal services. Your H.R. department will be able to direct you to the appropriate contact information.
Rapha Center for Women's Ministries
"The Rapha Center for Women’s Ministries, Inc. is a non-profit ministry for women, promoting emotional and spiritual healing located in Rogers, Arkansas. The Rapha Center provides complete confidentiality and a non-judgmental atmosphere, making it a safe place for women to begin to deal with hurts. We opened in Northwest Arkansas in August 2013 as a local center of The Center for Women’s Ministries, Inc. Rapha Center for Women’s Ministries, Inc. moved into its current location in April 2016."
Rapha offers free one on one peer counseling, support groups, Bible studies, prayer groups, chapel, library, marriage counseling.

John Brown University Care Clinic
"The CARE Clinic counselors are master's level JBU students in the final stages of their counseling program. They have been trained in a variety of specific methods of treatment and are completing one of the following degree programs:
Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy
Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling
Master of Science in School Counseling
Each student counselor is supervised on a regular basis by a licensed counselor. This supervision provides the student counselor with regular training and the ability to ask questions should an emergency occur."

Samaritan Community Center
“Because Samaritan Community Center has become a vital resource to people in Northwest Arkansas experiencing economic, emotional and spiritual distress we established a program designed around our Vision statement of encouraging all who enter our doors to find hope and experience positive life change. Samaritan Care is the name we gave to the program that deals with our client advocacy and counseling needs. As with all other SCC programs, Samaritan Care services are free. “
“Care Advocates goal is to assess needs, eliminate barriers, and empower clients towards stability.”
According to Samaritan, they will
“Refer individuals to appropriate organizations relevant to their needs
Guide individuals through the resource connection process and assess eligibility for programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, HUD Housing
Provide case management for clients in need of longer term support
Provide Samaritan Shop clothing vouchers for children once every nine months and for adults meeting qualifying criteria”
