True Self Recovery

True Self Recovery takes most private insurance. They offer medical detox, residential treatment, partial day treatment, intensive outpatient, outpatient, sober living, adventure therapy, medicated assisted treatment, and a veteran’s track.

“RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT (PHASE 1)

Inpatient Residential follows detox. This is when we start working on ourselves and begin to learn new coping skills. Each treatment plan is individualized for each person. Each client works with a counselor, our doctor, and our clinical team. An individualised treatment plan can include help with addiction, depression, PTSD, and work with the family. Its based on each client’s needs. A typical stay at Residential can vary between 7-21 days, depending on what the treatment plan looks like.

OUTPATIENT + SUPPORTIVE HOUSING (PHASE 2)

To simplify this, Residential treatment focuses on how we got here, which things we need to work on, and deveolping a unique and actionable plan for each client. Outpatient in combination with a supportive housing component is more forward-looking. We will continue with clinical services while also reintegrating back into normal life. This can include help with job/ school, adventure therapy (link),  attending outside meetings, and really a focus on building a foundation and practicing a healthy routine while maintaining a high level of support and accountability. Outpatient can range from 30 – 90 days, depending on each individual’s needs and goals.”

“Detox: The First Step

As the first step in addiction treatment, alcohol or drug detoxification (detox for short) is vital to the full continuum of care on the road to full recovery. Before a person can undertake the psychological and emotional work of substance use disorder treatment, they must have physical clarity and healing.

Certified Addiction Treatment

Our beautiful addiction treatment facility (also known as rehab facility) located in Bentonville, Arkansas, is staffed with experienced professional detox technicians. Our core components of care include compassion, safety, and comfort. As a client of our licensed detox facility, clients are assured the best possible quality of care. Each step of the alcohol or drug detox is monitored with expert attention.

Guidance for the Next Step

EagleCrest does more than just detox and drug treatment in Arkansas. Our professional counselors and clinicians walk each client through the next phase of recovery. Through multiple assessment tests and individualized attention, each client has one-on-one attention with a treatment guide who will chart a course and make a plan for the next phase of addiction treatment.”

AR Drug Rehab

AR Drug Rehab accepts most private insurance.

AR Drug Rehab offers a 30-day, highly structured, “Phase 1” option for newly sober clients. It is suggested that the client stays in one of our Sober Residences to ensure 24 hr accountability. This first phase consists of 6 hours per day, 6 days per week of intensive group and individual therapy including relapse prevention, trigger identification, motivational interviewing, positive affirmations, family dynamics of addiction, and discharge planning. Additionally medication assisted treatment is included as applicable. Patients will do random urine drug screens twice a week and are required to attend a minimum of 3 outside meetings (AA, NA etc.) per week evidenced by a signed meeting card (church services are included in the 3 meetings and do not require a signature). This phase is for approximately the first 30 days of treatment. If a patient does not have a safe and sober place to live during treatment, they can apply to be placed in our supervised short-term transitional group housing program at the cost of $125 per week. This cost can be waived for the first 60 days if the patient meets the program requirements. Clients are able to overcome obstacles and barriers to progress in a caring and “No-judgement” setting among their peers and our clinicians.

This second phase of treatment includes 3 hours per day, 6 days per week and tapers down to 3 hours per day, 3 days per week of intensive group and individual therapy. Patients will do random urine drug screens twice a week and are required to attend a minimum of 3 outside AA/NA meetings per week evidenced by a signed meeting card (church services are included in the 3 meetings and do not require a signature). During this phase patients will start job search and housing search. Our counselors will work closely with each patient to help them obtain their drivers license, social security cards, GED’s, pay court fines and fees, bus passes, car registration, and anything else that may be needed to join the workforce. This phase follows Phase I and has a duration of approximately 30 – 45 days of treatment. Patients continue discharge planning during this phase. Phase 2 is where the magic happens. We find so much joy in helping our clients get out in the world, find work, build a strong foundation in a 12-step fellowship, and reconnect with family. We are able to overcome any obstacles as the clients continue with their same peer support specialist and counselor, and reside in sober living.

This third phase of treatment includes group and individual therapy hours in a less intensive format and can be customized around a patient’s work schedule. Patients will be participating in life skills, budgeting, and vocational groups. During this phase, a job is required. Patients are expected to be on time to scheduled therapy hours and must continue to provide random urine drug screens and attend outside AA/NA meetings. Our goal during this phase to make a smooth transition back into society which could mean that the patient goes back home to their family’s house if it is a sober and supportive environment. Or it could mean getting their own apartment in town. Patients are expected to have obtained or arranged for follow-up housing. Patients who remain in our transitional housing will pay rent for the duration of their stay but, due to the limited resources of our transitional housing program, must actively plan and obtain follow-up housing. This final phase of treatment is for approximately 30 – 90 days following phase II. Patients are encouraged to maintain group and meeting attendance for as long as they want as part of our Alumni program.

Together, and right from the start, we begin work identifying any underlying causes of the addiction in an effort to develop an effective and personalized treatment program.

Our facility provides clients with private, medically supported drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehab. We work with substance use disorders including drug and prescription drug abuse, alcoholism and dual diagnosis. We also offer a ‘Relapse Track’ for individuals who have been unable to attain long-term sobriety. Intervention support, telehealth services, aftercare and sober living are also available to clients.

Medically Supervised Detox

Our drug and alcohol detox programs are run by an expert medical team with each client’s privacy in mind. Clients are monitored around the clock and guided through the detoxification process in comfort.

Residential Addiction Treatment

A variable-length addiction treatment program for men and women requiring a minimum commitment of thirty days. Our inpatient drug and alcohol rehab program begins with an initial interview and intake for each new client. Upon admission, we complete a full physical, emotional, and psychological evaluation, which provides our team the information we need to develop a personalized substance abuse treatment plan.

Relapse Track

For individuals who have been unable to attain long-term recovery following one or more treatment experiences, this program is designed to address documented relapse patterns.

Aftercare Must Not Be An Afterthought

A comprehensive aftercare plan begins to take shape the moment a client arrives. Over the course of their stay, we work with the client to determine healthy next steps. Understanding the unique circumstances of each client is crucial to long-term recovery.
