EAP With Your Employer
Most employers offer EAP programs. These programs usually offer 3-8 free therapy sessions. Many of them have a list of therapists that you can choose from. The EAP programs also often offer free legal services. Your H.R. department will be able to direct you to the appropriate contact information.
