There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to healing. Because of this, I like to work with clients where they are at and help them to move forward and develop the skills that will work best for them.
I also have been providing therapy online since completing a certification in Technology Assisted Therapy in 2014. Online Therapy is a convenient, secure and effective way of working therapy into an already busy schedule, or to access therapy that might not be available locally.”
